» Other Projects By: Entar @ 10:56 PM

For those who don't know, I have been working on some other projects, not particularly Quake-related, on my blog. The blog is called games fascination, and it has everything related to games, from my own game development experiences and releases, to game industry news and design. I recently finished version 1.2 of one project, Orb-7, and Scorch Marks is always in progress when I'm not taking a break for something else. Check it out!

» Terraingen v1.41 By: Entar @ 11:58 AM

This time it's just a little bit of tweaking to make stuff more clear for the user.  You can get Terraingen v1.41 here.  Here's a screenshot out of a map editor, showing the result of a .pgm grayscale image converted to a terrain by TerrainGen (the geometry is scaled up, so it could be smoother):

Have fun!

» Vengeance 2.2.6 By: Entar @ 10:26 AM

Hey guys, just a quick one today.  Long time no see, though, huh?  There's a new release of Vr2, just to get it out the door Smiley  It's got support for corona options from .rtlights files, added coronas menu option, and a slight optimization in rare cases.  You can get it right here.  Have fun!

» Big TerrainGen Update By: Entar @ 04:16 PM

Wait, another TerrainGen update?  Oh yes.  The last one was mostly bugfixing, but now I've added a rather cool new feature: generating terrains from .pgm grayscale image files.  Now you can do interesting stuff like this test I did:
You can pick up a copy here.  Have fun!
